Torta Pistocchi, for almost 20 years been synonymous with chocolate in purity.
Only top-quality dark chocolates (we use up to six different qualities), very little cocoa powder and cream are the ingredients of this voluptuous cake.
We do not use flour or eggs or butter and add sugar. The cake does not contain gluten and production environments are not contaminated.
The cake is available in Classic, Chili, Coffee, Cherries, Sicilian Citrus, Pears, Strawberries, White Chocolate with Oranges tastes and in 40, 250, 400 and 750 grams size.
We prepare our cakes by hand one by one, as it once was. They are vacuum-packed to keep all the aromas intact and so the hints of chocolate and cocoa. They can also be kept in the fridge for over 4 months without losing any of their features.
Best enjoyed by leaving the cake twenty minutes at room temperature, just sprinkled with cocoa. Try to pair it with sugar-free whipped cream, a cookie with hazelnuts, a drop of jam, some almond custard, a spoonful of caramelized pears in spiced red wine… The only limit is your imagination. And pair it with any drink that intrigues you… We like it with an aged Banyuls or a dessert wine but it is also excellent with rhum, brandy, dark beer, black coffee, tea…
We also realize a powder preparation to make a great hot chocolate without any type of flour or thickeners, simply rich in chocolate and cocoa… To make a good hot chocolate doesn’t need shortcuts! It’s always delicious: hot in Winter, cold in Summer…
And now you can also find metal tins with our raw materials, cocoa and chocolate monovariety of great quality and value. A series of tablets, dragees, and a line of chocolates, truffles, dipped fruits and many other products in constant evolution and growth.
