We use only selected natural flavors, from vanilla to chocolate. No preservatives, no vegetable fats other than cocoa butter.
Candied citrus fruits by a Great Master Pastry Chef (only fruit and sugar), an ancient Ethiopian Arabica coffee, fragrant brown cocoa, the best national hazelnuts and so on …
Our opinion is that saving money on ingredients is pure madness, we only want the best and it also has to please our palates.
For 20 years, and counting, this has been our philosophy and it has granted awards.
Over the years we have added variations to the Classic version as a result of some love for new ingredients, to mix chocolate together with the perfumes of our land, and of course we have tested them a long time before they reach the market.
After 20 years of history and 2 years of work and experiments finally came the new White Chocolate and Orange cake, shining for its perfumes and its diversity. You’ll be surprised by the sensitivity of our white chocolate, by the great aroma of our orange, by the perfect combination that enhances sweetness and fragrance. With a subtle addition of a great natural vanilla.
Classic
The cake that has made our history, chocolaty and enveloping. “A very soft and creamy chocolate” is perhaps the best description. For years the best-selling and beloved by our customers. We suggest to pair it with a large aging Banyuls.
Chilli Pepper
Elusive chase between sweetness and spicy, but not too spicy. Try it with a spicy dessert wine.

Coffee
The aroma will persist for more than 15 minutes in your palate… unbelievable. Made with an Ethiopian Sidamo coffee with an extraordinary. Perfect with a big infusion as with an espresso.
Sicilian Citrus
Amazing candied orange and lemon from Sicily, hand-made with only fruit and sugar, blending together in a voluptuous embrace with our chocolate in the mouth to let you taste scent of Sicily. Try it with a lemon liqueur and feel that joy.
Pears
The great sensitivity of the Pear Coscia makes this one of the most popular variations. If chocolate and pears is one of the most classic combinations here is the confirmation. Try serving it with fresh pears cubes and a spicy wine sauce. Delicious, perhaps with a pear brandy too.
Cherries
Sweetness, bitterness, acidity… the most popular among gourmets. The great acidity of the fruit contrasts the bitterness and the sweetness of the chocolate, creating a balance that never fails to satisfy. One of our favorites, especially when served with a cherry infusion.
Strawberries
New, delicate, fresh, ideal in Summer… another best-seller. Amazing when served with a strawberry sauce or with a spoon of cream and framboise.
White Chocolate and Orange Peel
A revolution, you can’t miss to taste it… Two years of heavy work, tests, samplings and tastings. A completely different cake, of course, not too much sweet. Young, fragrant, fun… In short: a new frontier?
