Hot chocolate mix

Because serving a good chocolate doesn’t require additions of flour or thickeners…
You will have to ”sacrifice” a few minutes and take the time to boil milk, add the mixture and let it boil for two/three minutes more of mixing time.
To make our hot chocolate we haven’t taken shortcuts or magic tricks… Only pure chocolate, fragrant cocoa and very little sugar. Thickeners and flours don’t cost anything, they are often used to save cocoa and chocolate… but we don’t like acting this way and prefer to do it as did our grandmother.
Amazing for making a sauce or a fondue.
Delicious even in Summer (by increasing the dose of milk and made it cool). Filter it and put in a refrigerator to serve cold, perhaps with a little rum or grappa diluted… A refreshing, different, new way to drink chocolate!
Pack of 5 bags (one bag is sufficient for 200ml of High Quality milk) or bulk cans.
