Our spreading cream

La nostra Crema Spalmabile
When a chocolatier prepares a hazelnut cream he of course think of the “famous cream” that accompanied the childhood of all the people who are the same age.
But instead we have tried to create a cream where the Piedmont hazelnuts IGP is merged with our fragrant cocoa. A soft and creamy Gianduja with a very high percentage of nuts, reinforced with a little oil from the nuts themselves.
Try it on warm toast, or perhaps as an accompaniment to our cake. You will feel awesome!
We recommend that you open it and mix well to better melt cream and hazelnut oil, which tends to surface because it’s all natural here, then you put it very creamy in the fridge and use cold. Creamyness and aroma will persist for a loooong time.
