A Milk 43% of Venezuela, almost dark… little bit of sugar and a lot of strength, because even milk chocolate can be great…
It’s our “Raw Materials” product and here are some of the chocolate we use to make our cakes. Pods come in handy to be ready and they are already tempered. An excellent quality/price ratio for those seeking the great chocolate to make their own desserts.
But they are also delicious raw, perhaps as a pairing to a cup of coffee or a nice brandy. Be careful not to eat while watching TV: they are almost like popcorn and you may find the can empty on your knees without even knowing how it ended so quickly…
